ROTO GRAVURE PRINTING
Gravure printing delivers rich ink coverage and excellent detail, making it ideal for high-quality image reproduction like photography and fine art. However, because all elements are printed as tiny dots, patterns may be visible in solid areas if not properly optimized. While it produces consistently high-quality results, the need for separate cylinders for each color makes it costly for short runs and better suited for large-volume printing.
LAMINATING & SLITTING
We offer Laminating, Slitting, and Sheeting processes to support our die cutting operation. They serve as intermediate steps in final production of specified die cut parts. FLEXTEK also has the ability to perform Laminating, Slitting, and Sheeting as individual processes per your specifications, or by combining the processes interchangably to produce final products.
ROLL STOCK
Flextek's roll-stock films are either mono-layer or laminated substrates, that combine solvent, solvent-less or extrusion lamination capabilities, with vibrant flexographic and state-of-the-art ten-color rotogravure printing to quality converted Vertical Form-Fill-Seal (VFFS) and Horizontal-Form-Fill-Seal (HFFS) roll-stock.
METALIZED FILMS
Metalized films are good quality polymer films layered with a skinny layer of metal, generally aluminum. These films are given a glossy metallic appearance like that of aluminum foils but at lower weight and reduced prices. Metalized films are broadly used for food(dry coffee/powder ) packaging and decorative purposes and also for special applications including electronics and insulation.
FORMING FILMS
Forming film from Flextek runs conveniently on all standard existing equipment with no need for forming or sealing temperatures adjustments or changing sealing pressure and vacuum timing. We offer a significant reduction on baggy edges, tracking issues as well as down-time and waste on the equipment.
